Ingredients:
1 large banana, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 1/2 cups strawberry nonfat frozen yogurt |
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries |
1 cup skim milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine banana and lemon juice; toss gently to coat. Place banana slices on a baking sheet. Cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm. 2. Combine banana, yogurt, and remaining ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping twice to scrape down sides. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately. |
