This tastes like a thick, rich ice cream shake, but it's virtually fat-free. Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, peeled |
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt |
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries |
Directions:
1. Wrap bananas in plastic wrap. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours. (Can be prepared up to 2 days ahead.) 2. Break bananas into quarters. Combine bananas with yogurt and strawberries in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve. |
