I have not tried this shake. I'm posting this for safe keeping. I found this at P&C Foods. Ingredients:
10 ounces tofu, drained |
2 medium ripe bananas, cut up |
2 cups strawberries, hulled |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. 2. Chill and serve. |
