MMMMMM Good! Ingredients:
2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert |
1 cup boiling water |
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries, sliced & thawed |
3 medium bananas, mashed |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well |
1 1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped, divided |
1 pint sour cream |
Directions:
1. Put jello in a pyrex. Pour boiling water over and stir until completely dissolved. 2. Fold in all fruit and 1 cup nuts. Put in fridge to congeal. 3. When jello is totally set, spread sour cream over top. 4. Sprinkle with rest of pecans. 5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 6. Prep time doe not include refrigerator time. |
