A combination Smoothy / Protein Shake. Makes for a full and complete meal at anytime. Ingredients:
4 ice cubes |
1 cup strawberry yogurt |
1 cup whole milk |
1 egg |
1 banana |
4 strawberries |
Directions:
1. Put everything in the blender starting with the ice. Mix on high and serve right away. |
