Strawberry, Banana, Papaya Smoothie |

Got this from Chatelaine. I haven't tried it, but it looks great for a hot summer day. You might want to try it with Mango juice instead of papaya juice. Ingredients:
8 large strawberries |
1 banana, ripe |
1 cup chilled papaya nectar or 1 cup mango juice |
1 teaspoon sugar (optional) |
2 ice cubes (optional) |
Directions:
1. Wash then hull strawberries. Slice in half. 2. Peel banana and slice into thirds. 3. Place in a blender or food processor. Pour in juice and optional ice cubes. 4. Whirl until puréed and frothy. 5. Pour into tall glasses and serve. |
