Strawberry Banana Ice Cream |

This is a very good, and very creamy ice cream that is especially good on those hot sultry summer days and nights when you want something cold and refreshing. Ingredients:
3 cups half and half |
1 cup bananas mashed |
3 egg yolks |
3/4 cup granulated sugar |
1 teaspoon white vanilla |
1 cup strawberries pureed |
Directions:
1. Scald cream with banana in a double boiler.
2. Beat egg yolk with sugar then add slowly to hot cream then continue to cook until thick.
3. Stir in vanilla and strawberries then cool and chill.
4. Freeze according to directions of ice cream maker.
