Strawberry-Balsamic Vinaigrette |

If you're cutting back on sugar, substitute an equal amount of strawberry fruit spread for the preserves. We used white balsamic vinegar to retain the bright color of the strawberries, but a dark balsamic will taste just as good. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups strawberry preserves |
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon crushed rosemary |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Pulse all ingredients in a blender 5 or 6 times or until smooth. |
