Strawberry and Apple Freeze |

A light & refreshing dessert. If a smooth texture is preferred, either puree the frozen mixture in a food processor or freeze in an electric churn. I suggest using Simple Syrup for the sorbet syrup. Ingredients:
250 g strawberries |
1 cup sorbet syrup |
250 ml clear apple juice |
Directions:
1. Wash, drain & hull the strawberries, then puree in a blender the sorbet syrup and apple juice. 2. Freeze in a freezer friendly bowl according to your preferred result. 3. Scoop into balls & serve. |
