Ingredients:

1 lb strawberry, tops removed and halved

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons dark rum

Directions:

1. Whisk together the sour cream, sugar and rum.
2. Mix in the strawberries.
3. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
