Ingredients:
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened |
2 cups whipping cream, whipped |
3/4 cup triple sec or other orange-flavored liqueur |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
3 quarts fresh whole strawberries, washed and hulled |
Directions:
1. Beat ice cream in a large mixing bowl until smooth; fold in whipped cream. Add Triple Sec and lemon juice, stirring well. Serve immediately over strawberries in individual bowls.
