Strawberries with Orange Dip |

Ingredients:
8 ounces room-temperature cream cheese |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
2 teaspoons shredded orange peel |
1/3 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 quarts strawberries |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, with a mixer on low speed, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Beat in orange peel, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and vanilla until well blended. Spoon into a small bowl. Rinse strawberries and place in a large bowl; serve with orange dip.
