Strawberries With Mascarpone Cream |

From a recipe card given out by The Food Emporium. Ingredients:
2 pints strawberries, hulled, halved |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/4 lb mascarpone cheese |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Marinate berries in the orange juice for 3o minutes.
2. Soften cheese, beat in sugar and cream.
3. Place berries in individual dishes and top with a dollop of the cream mixture.
