Strawberries With Caramel Dipping Sauce |

I got this recipe from the Victorian Srawberry Insdustry. All I can say is YUMMY! Try to use a good quality cooking chocolate...its makes a difference! Ingredients:
150 g white cooking chocolate, chopped |
1/2 cup thickened cream |
1/4 cup dark brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
extra cream, for garnish |
500 g strawberries, hulled |
Directions:
1. Place chocolate, cream, sugar and vanilla in a heat proof bowl over barely simmering water. Do not allow bowl to touch the water. 2. Stir constantly until chocolate melts. 3. Divide mixture between 4 serving pots. 4. Place extra cream in a piping bag with a small, plain round nozzle and drizzle the cream decoratively over sauce. 5. Serve with strawberries. |
