1 lb fresh snow pea |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 lb straw mushroom, rinsed and drained |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup oyster sauce |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/8 teaspoon white pepper |
1 teaspoon white sugar |
Directions:
1. Trim snow peas. Add the snow peas, oil and salt to wok. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes, or until the peas are tender-crisp. 2. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir fry for 1-2 more minutes, or until vegetables are tender. |
