Used to eat it when I was a wee lad. It puts hairs on yer chest!!! Ingredients:
2 kg potatoes |
2 large white onions |
1 can corned beef |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes roughly and add to boiling water. 2. Add salt. 3. When potatoes are soft, drain the water and mash. 4. Add the roughly chopped onions and all the corn beef and mash all ingredients together. 5. return to low heat stirring continuously. 6. After 10 minutes it should be ready. 7. SOME SHOULD HAVE BURNT TO THE POT (THE BEST BIT) BUT MAKES WASHING THE POT A PAIN!!! |
