May be served hot or cold. Nice picnic treat. From the Cameron Cooking Guide. To be made using a stove top smoker. Ingredients:
24 chicken drummettes (large portion of the wing) |
olive oil |
cajun poultry mixed spice |
1 tablespoon pecan wood chips |
Directions:
1. Lightly brush wings with oil and sprinkle liberally with Cajun spices. 2. Smoke with pecan wood chips for 35 minutes on medium heat. |
