Ingredients:
1 lb corned beef, cooked and chopped |
14 ounces sauerkraut |
12 fluid ounces water |
3/4 teaspoon caraway seed |
1 1/2 cups dry rice |
4 fluid ounces thousand island dressing |
3 ounces swiss cheese, cut into strips |
Directions:
1. Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, water and caraway seed in a large skillet and bring to a full boil. 2. Stir in the rice, pour the dressing over the rice and top with cheese. 3. Cover; remove from heat. 4. Let stand 5 minutes. |
