Ingredients:
1 lb corned beef, cooked and chopped
14 ounces sauerkraut
12 fluid ounces water
3/4 teaspoon caraway seed
1 1/2 cups dry rice
4 fluid ounces thousand island dressing
3 ounces swiss cheese, cut into strips
Directions:
1. Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, water and caraway seed in a large skillet and bring to a full boil.
2. Stir in the rice, pour the dressing over the rice and top with cheese.
3. Cover; remove from heat.
4. Let stand 5 minutes.
