An old New England cocktail, still good today. Ingredients:
1/2 cup applejack (can substitute with calvados) |
angostura bitters |
2 cups apple cider |
Directions:
1. Pour 1/4 cup of applejack into each of two tall glasses, and add a dash of bitters to each, if you wish. 2. Add several ice cubes or cracked ice, fill each glass with cider, and serve. |
