This is home made chicken stock. The amount of chicken used is more but I had to keep it low to keep the fat low as I skim the fat when it is cone. Ingredients:
10 cups water |
1 lb chicken |
Directions:
1. simmer chicken in water for an hour or more to use as a soup stock. skim fat and strain broth before storing/using. |
