this is actually indonesian food but this is kind of my version cause I can't get enough spices here in taiwan Ingredients:
600 grams of shrimp |
2 cloves of minced garlic |
1 clove of minced shallots |
1 tbs of minced ginger |
few fresh chilli pepper |
2 tbs of water |
1 tbs curry powder |
pinch of salt and pepper |
pinch of ground corriander powder |
1 cup of basil |
i cup of coconut milk |
Directions:
1. using low heat saute garlic, shallots and ginger until fragant add water 2. turn the heat to medium or high add shrimp 3. add curry poder, corriander powder, salt and pepper, coconut milk stir fry until shrimp is cooked add basil, stirr well and until sauce is thickened, serve |
