Stir Fry Broccoli Florets With Garlic And Roasted ...

Easy, healthy, fast way to make a great looking broccoli side dish.
Ingredients:
4 cups of fresh broccoli florets quickly blanched (frozen are ok but it's not the same)
2 cloves garlic diced
lemon pepper or salt to taste
fresh ground black pepper to taste
3 tbl extra virgin olive oil
1/2 roasted red pepper julienned (if using jarred roasted red pepper take 1 tbl of the olive oil for the recipe
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet til just about smoking
2. add broccoli and cook 30 seconds stirring
3. add red pepper cook 30 seconds stirring
4. add minced garlic (and red pepper juice if using jarred roasted red pepper)
5. cook 1 minute stirring so things don;t burn (don't forget to stir!)
6. Add salt or lemon pepper and fresh ground black pepper to taste
7. remove from heat when florets are consistency you want (they should be somewhat crunchy)
8. That's it!
