Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
4 ounces green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces (about 1 1/4 cups) |
4 small carrots, peeled, cut into matchstick-size strips |
1 red bell pepper, cut into matchstick-size strips |
Directions:
