Stir-fried Tofu In Black Bean Sauce |

Like tofu? this will be great...fast and healthy...great for vegetarian. Ingredients:
2 gloved crushed |
3 tbsp. oil |
2 tbsp blck bean sauce |
1 tbsp of sugar |
pinch of salt (be careful on salt, black bean sauce usual come saltly) |
1 cup of firm tofu diced medium size |
5 green onion long sliced |
half of onion medium size sliced |
2 tbsp of oyster sauce |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, add oil garlic and black bean sauce, cook for about 3-5 minutes on low heat. 2. Add onion, oyster sauce and stir for another 2 mintues or until soft. 3. Add tofu and green onion, cook for another 5-6 mintues. Stir occaionally. 4. Best serve with Jasmine rice....ENJOY |
