Stir-fried Tofu And Bok Choy |

A usual dish in Asian countries. Delicious choice for dieters, vegans and health geeks. A must-try for everyone. Ingredients:
1/4 bok choy/chinese cabbage |
1 block tofu |
1 medium size onion |
1 1/2 cup of oil (oil of your choice) |
1/4 tsp. salt |
2 tbsp. soy sauce |
1/8 cup water |
Directions:
1. Rinse your tofu block well. Slice them to your desired size. 2. Heat 1 1/2 cup of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry tofu until golden brown and set aside. You will be using the same pan for stir-frying so just take away the oil from he pan leaving just 1 tbsp. of it. 3. Add the chinese cabbage, onion, salt and soy sauce and stir fry over medium high heat, add some water to avoid over-drying. Add the tofu. 4. Continue tossing all the ingredients over medium high heat until tofu has absorbed all the moisture. 5. Voila it's ready to be served. |
