Caraway seeds and garlic add nice flavor to these greens. Ingredients:
14 oz spring greens or 1 head cabbage |
4 tsp sunflower oil |
2 cloves garlic,peeled and finely sliced |
3 tsp caraway seeds |
1 large leek,trimmed and shredded lengthwise |
salt and ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Seperate cabbage leaves ,if using and remove tough stalks. Roll leaves and shred finey or chop spring greens. 2. Heat oil in wok,add garlic and carawat seeds. Cook for about 30 seconds without letting burn or brown. 3. Add greens and leeks to the wok,and stir-fry for 6-7 mins,adding a splash of water to help steam the greens. 4. Take off the heat and season well before serving. |
