Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
1 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon(s) grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon(s) sugar
12 ounce(s) chicken or shrimp
1 tablespoon(s) oyster sauce
1 tablespoon(s) water
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
1 teaspoon(s) sesame sauce
1 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
2 tablespoon(s) peanut oil
1/2 cup(s) unsalted cashews
2 teaspoon(s) minced fresh ginger
1 garlic clove chopped
3 scallions
1/2 cup(s) bell peppers

Directions:
1. Marinade, combine ingredients and stir in shrimp or chicken let Stand.
2. Mix ingredients for sauce, set aside.
3. Heat skillet add oil and cashews stir fry until golden brown. Remove from pan.
4. Add remaining oil and reheat. Add ginger and garlic, stir fry 10 seconds.
5. Gradually add marinated shrimp or chicken and stir fry 1minute.
6. Add scallions and peppers. Fry 1 minute longer.
7. Add rice and sauce, heat for 2 minutes.
