Stir Fried Pumpkin With Dried Shrimp

Thai cuisine of stir-fried pumpkin, using dried shrimp. The sweet taste from pumpkin and salty taste from dried shrimp perfect match, great to eat with white rice.
Ingredients:
1/4 of a pumpkin (cut into cubes)
2 spoon of dried shrimp (washed and chopped finely)
3 clove of garlic (chopped finely)
salt/sugar to taste
cooking oil
200 ml water (to simmer the pumpkin)
Directions:
1. Heat wok with some cooking oil.
2. Sauté chopped garlic until golden color and then add in dried shrimp.
3. Stir-fry dried shrimp until fragrant..
4. Add in pumpkin, stir-fry for a 1 minutes.
5. Pour in water just nice to cover the pumpkin. Cook until pumpkin is tender.
6. Simmer until water dry up.
7. Add in a little bit of sugar and a pinch of salt to taste.
8. Serve it hot with rice.
