Stir-Fried Peppers with Thyme |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3 medium bell peppers, of any color cut in 1 1/2 x 1/4 inch strips |
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet or small wok over moderately high heat. 2. Add peppers and thyme, stirring frequently, until peppers are tender-crisp. 3. Add salt and pepper to taste. 4. Serve hot, warm or at room temperature. |
