Ingredients:
1 whole(s) red onion
2 whole(s) sweet peppers (red and yellow)
Directions:
1. Slice the onion and then cut into long pieces. Cut the peppers into spears.
2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the onions and peppers. Add a pinch of kosher salt and pepper. Stir fry until soft and browned. About 10 minutes.
