From The Best of Taiwanese Cuisine. Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1/2 cup vegetables or 1/2 cup chicken broth |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/2 lb green beans, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces |
1/2 lb fresh snow pea, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces |
2 carrots, sliced |
4 stalks celery, sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine the garlic, ginger and oil in a hot wok. Stir-fry for 1 minute. 2. Add the broth, soy sauce and vegetables. Stir to coat, cover, and simmer vegetables for 2-3 minutes or until the carrots are crisp-tender. |
