Stir-fried Coleslaw

This is a great side dish for fall barbecues-warms the blood!
Ingredients:
3 teaspoons peanut oil
2 cups thinly-sliced cabbage
2 cups grated carrots
2 cups thinly sliced red bell peppers
2 cups thinly-sliced green bell peppers
1 minced jalapeno (with seeds)
1 teaspoon salt
5 dashes tabasco sauce
3 teaspoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. Heat oil to sizzling.
2. Add all ingredients and saute for 5 minutes stirring often.
