This is a great side dish for fall barbecues-warms the blood! Ingredients:
3 teaspoons peanut oil |
2 cups thinly-sliced cabbage |
2 cups grated carrots |
2 cups thinly sliced red bell peppers |
2 cups thinly-sliced green bell peppers |
1 minced jalapeno (with seeds) |
1 teaspoon salt |
5 dashes tabasco sauce |
3 teaspoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat oil to sizzling. 2. Add all ingredients and saute for 5 minutes stirring often. |
