Never boil your chokos, stir fry! Ingredients:
3 chokos |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon crushed garlic |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. Peel and chop chokos, heat olil in frying pan, add chokos, cook until golden, add garlic, balsamic vinegar and parsley. |
