Stir-Fried Chicken and Snow Peas With Hokkien Noodles |

quick and easy stir-fry Ingredients:
400 g chicken, thinly sliced |
2 tablespoons trident stir-fry fish sauce |
2 tablespoons oil |
2 spring onions, sliced |
1 large red chile, seeded and sliced |
5 slices fresh ginger, shredded |
100 g snow peas, blanched |
300 g cabbage, finely sliced and blanched |
400 g trident hokkien noodles (2 x 200g packs) |
1/2 cup chicken stock |
2 tablespoons trident sweet chili sauce (sweet chilli ginger sauce) |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in the wok and stir-fry chicken with Trident Fish Sauce, spring onions, chilli and ginger for 1 1/2 minutes. 2. Add snow peas, cabbage, Trident Hokkien Noodles, chicken stock and Trident Sweet Chilli Ginger Sauce. Salt to taste. 3. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve. |
