Ingredients:
i pound calamari tubes, julienned
i cup julienned carrots
i cup julienned yellow squash
i cup julienned red cabbage
i cup julienned zucchini
1/2 cup sprouts
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
salt and black pepper
1 cup chopped peanuts
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Directions:
1. Preheat wok. Heat peanut oil until smoking. Add vegetables and stir-fry until slightly tender, stirring constantly. Add calamari, garlic, and sprouts, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and continue stir-frying for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the sesame oil. Adjust seasoning if needed.
