Ingredients:
i pound calamari tubes, julienned |
i cup julienned carrots |
i cup julienned yellow squash |
i cup julienned red cabbage |
i cup julienned zucchini |
1/2 cup sprouts |
1/4 cup peanut oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
salt and black pepper |
1 cup chopped peanuts |
2 teaspoons sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat wok. Heat peanut oil until smoking. Add vegetables and stir-fry until slightly tender, stirring constantly. Add calamari, garlic, and sprouts, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and continue stir-frying for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the sesame oil. Adjust seasoning if needed. |
