This ultra-simple no-bake recipe is from Tony Horton of the P90X fame ( ). I love it because it's fast, easy, healthy and energizing. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 cup granola cereal, unsweetened |
1/4 cup peanut butter, crunchy |
1/2 banana, fully ripe and mashed |
Directions:
1. Mash the banana and PB together. 2. Mix in granola. 3. Refrigerate for 15 min to make it easier to work with. 4. Roll the mixture into small balls. Roll in dessicated coconut if you like. |
