Sticky Date Toffee Pudding

Looks so yummy with melting, oozy toffee sauce. From Cosmo magazine.
Ingredients:
150 g stoned dates, chopped
75 g unsalted butter
100 g soft light brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
175 g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
100 g unsalted butter
175 g soft brown sugar
125 ml double cream
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180degree celsius.
2. Lightly grease 6 x 175ml ramekins.
3. Place dates in a pan with 200ml boiling water and summer for 10 minutes.
4. Place the rest of the ingredients (Except for the last 3 items) in a bowl and mix until well-combined. Add dates mixture and beat further until combined.
5. Spoon mixture into ramekins and bake for 15 minute.
6. Melt the last 3 items in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved. Bring to boil and remove from heat.
7. Spoon sauce over pudding for a decadent treat!
