A good side dish for an Asian meal. Ingredients:
4 teaspoons peanut butter |
1/4 cup tamari |
1/2 cup honey |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
3 -4 teaspoons water |
4 cups cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Whisk together the first 5 ingredients and add rice-stir gently but well. 2. Form into balls and serve with spring rolls. |
