Sticky Baked Chicken Thighs |

This can be made with chicken wings, but I prefer to use thighs. Ingredients:
3 pounds wings or skinless boneless thighs |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
3/4 cup ketchup |
3/4 cup honey |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Place chicken in a foil-lined 9x13 inch baking dish 3. Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray, or use the foil that has a no-stick side(love it) 4. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a medium saucepan 5. Bring to a boil, stirring often 6. Reduce heat and continue cooking until it thickens up a bit 7. Pour over the chicken and bake for about an hour until the sauce is caramelized |
