Delicious and easy side dish! Ingredients:
1 large yellow squash, sliced |
1 large zucchini, sliced |
3 tablespoons butter |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Fill a large pot 1/4 of the way with water. 2. Put all ingredients in, and bring to a boil over high heat. 3. Cover and reduce heat to low. 4. Cook for 20-30 minute. 5. Use more or less water, depending on how much juice you want. |
