6 cups sliced, peeled peaches |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring gently until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes. 2. *2 (16-ounce) bags frozen sliced peaches, thawed, or 6 cups sliced, peeled apples may be substituted for fresh peaches. |
