SBD Phase 1 recipe Ingredients:
2 2/3 tablespoons chopped green bell peppers |
1 1/3 tablespoons thinly sliced celery |
1/3 small onion, chopped |
1/3 garlic clove, minced |
1 cup peeled chopped tomato |
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar |
1 dash fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add the bell pepper, celery, onion, and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Add the tomatoes, vinegar and black pepper. 2. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
