Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen sliced okra |
1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn |
1/4 cup chopped reduced-fat, low-salt ham |
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can no-salt-added stewed tomatoes, undrained |
1 teaspoon dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
vegetable cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large saucepan coated with cooking spray. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
