Ingredients:
2 cups okra, cut into 1/2-inch pieces |
2 large tomatoes, peeled and diced |
1 medium onion, diced |
4 tablespoons water |
2 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a medium pot, cover, and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer, covered, for about 1 hour. |
