Slow cooked chicken with carrots and canned beans. Serving = half breast of chicken with 1 cup carrots and beans. Seasoned with salt. Ingredients:
1/2 chicken breast |
1/2 cup carrot |
1/2 cup green bean |
1/10 t salt |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Gather 3 chicken breast halves, 3 carrots, 1 can beans, 3 cups water, & salt. 2. Rough cut carrots 3. Strain and wash beans 4. Clean/wash chicken; remove skin & bone 5. Place water, chicken, carrots, and beans in crockpot set on low. Season with salt to taste. 6. Cook for 5-6 hours, until chicken pulls apart. 7. Serve over your choice of carbs (rice, bread, noodles). 8. Makes 6 servings or 4-5 adults. |
