Crockpot way of cooking chicken. Tastes good, little effort. Good for Mom's! Can be served as soup or just along eat up the chicken. Ingredients:
4 chicken breast |
4 c. water |
1 tbs kosher salt |
1 tbs basil |
3 medium carrots |
1 medium onion |
Directions:
1. combine ingredient to crockpot. Cook high for 4-5 hrs. Serve without broth along with mashed potatoes or shred chicken and eat as a soup. (broth limited, may decrease serving sizes) |
