Ingredients:
200 g chocolate ice cream
1 egg
2 bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons maple syrup
500 ml soymilk
2 tablespoons almond meal
Directions:
1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend.
2. Pour into large glasses and enjoy!
