Steve, my SO, makes great smoothies and shakes. This is a typical concoction. We usually use pint glasses for these... Ingredients:
200 g chocolate ice cream |
1 egg |
2 bananas |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 teaspoons maple syrup |
500 ml soymilk |
2 tablespoons almond meal |
Directions:
1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend. 2. Pour into large glasses and enjoy! |
