Stephen's Easy Stir Fry Chicken

Easy stir fry chicken at home. Normally I use frozen stir fry vegetables instead of broccoli but the recipe analyzer couldn't find them. Start the brown rice and then mix the other ingredients to have everything done at the same time. -swb
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast
2 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 oz fresh ginger, about 1 , pressed
3 tbsp soy sauce, reduced sodium
3 tbsp vinegar, rice
4 tbsp cornstarch
2 lb broccoli
2 cups chicken broth
Directions:
1. Mix Soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger in large bowl. Slice chicken breast into 1/8 slices and toss with soy sauce mixture. Let sit 15 minutes.
2. Spray pan with cooking spray or a bit of oil and heat to high. Add chicken and cook until almost done, a couple minutes total. Cook in batches if more than a single layer in pan.
3. Add broth to cooked chicken in pan. Scrape any browned bits off the bottom of pan. Bring to light boil.
4. Add vegetables, cover and simmer until heated through.
5. Serve over rice.
