My DH doesn't do beans or corn, and somehow this is his favorite cold night supper! We like it with cornbread or tortilla chips, topped with sour cream and cheese Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck, browned and drained |
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning |
2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans corn |
2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans |
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans |
2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans |
2 (10 ounce) cans rotel (or 1 can rotel and 1 diced tomatoes) |
1 ounce ranch dressing mix |
Directions:
1. Season meat with the taco seasoning as it is cooking or add it in with the beans. 2. Dump all contents into a crock pot. Stir well. 3. Let cook for 4 hours on high or all day on low. 4. Enjoy! |
