Stephanie's Amazing Pulled Pork and Dry Rub |

This recipe I made when I wanted to make pulled pork. And it is amazing well I think :) My roasting pan does not have a rack so I use an upside down muffin tin. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 tablespoon paprika |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon cayenne |
1 pork butt (bone in) |
3 drops liquid smoke |
1/2 cup juice or 1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 275. 2. Rub the pork with your dry rub you can do this the night before or an hour before cooking. 3. In a roasting pan pour in juice or water add liquid smoke. 4. Place pork on roasting rack or upside down muffin tin. Cook for 5-6 hours. |
